There are a lot of date calculations to track when planning your Walt Disney World vacation. Here’s a quick overview.

499 days: This is the earliest you can book your Walt Disney World vacation.

9–12 months: You should have your vacation package reserved with your $200 refundable deposit. If it’s for a holiday, stick closer to 12 months.

6–9 months: Book your airfare. We can’t offer flights as part of a Walt Disney World Vacation Package at this time. However, you are likely to find the best pricing directly booking on your own.

3–6 months: It’s time to make your

6 weeks: Look through the

which offer reservations for each day of your trip. Choose a few to try and reserve.

4–6 weeks: If you want MagicBands, make those selections, choose personalization options, and place your order.

60 days: At 6 AM ET, you can book your

for the length of your trip.

30 days: Your final payment is due!
